Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are 100% handmade in Istanbul from sustainable and first-class materials.
What materials are used?
Our bags are made of natural raffia, calf leather and gold-colored metal. The inner lining is made of 76% viscose and 24% polyester.
Can I have the products gift wrapped?
Yes, each product is packaged in a cream dust bag and an elegant white box. You can also add a personal message.
Questions about ordering & shipping
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping. For orders over 150 euros, shipping is free within the EU, Switzerland and the UK. You can find further details on our shipping page.
How long does shipping take?
It usually takes 24 hours to process your order. Standard shipping takes 3-7 days within the EU and 6-9 days outside the EU.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order.

How does the return work?
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt. For more information, see our returns page.
Is there a refund for personalized products?
Personalized products and gift cards cannot be returned as they are made especially for you.
Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
If you keep items from your order worth at least €150, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you keep a smaller amount, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and that the return is made in accordance with our policy.

How do I care for my bag?
Protect your bag from moisture and heat and clean the inside with a soft, damp cloth.
How do I prevent damage to my bag?
Avoid contact with sharp surfaces and protect the product from direct heat and moisture.
Can I wash the inner pocket?
Yes, the inner bag can be hand washed. Use a mild detergent and lukewarm water.
