30-day return guarantee

We offer a 30-day return period for items that are in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

How to initiate a return

To request a return label, please enter your order information in the form below. You can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after purchase. Returns without a prior return request cannot be processed. Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you the return slip by email within 48 hours.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us directly so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Excluded items

Please note that certain items, such as personalized products and gift cards, are not returnable.

Exchange

To receive the product you want, we recommend that you return the item you wish to return and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return costs

If you keep items from your order worth at least €150, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the remaining value of the goods is less than €150, you will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Right of withdrawal in the European Union

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without giving any reason. The items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Again, proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 2 weeks after approval from our warehouse, depending on the payment provider.
